Oh, no kidding!!! And these commercials advertising, "if you have at least $10,000 in credit card debt, you have the right to SETTLE THAT DEBT for pennies on the dollar!" or "You deserve a bailout, too!" They drive me nuts!!! When did irresponsibility confer special rights on a person?
